Which one???

I saw this on pinterest and had to do one for Kayla and also for Eva. I did two for Kayla today, and which one do you like better? I can't decide. I kind of like the simpleness of the second one, but I don't know. Soooo any opinions would be much appreciated. I will post Eva's as soon as I have time to do them! Anyways, love my littles! They make life so fun!
