My computer is broken. Yes, I'm very sad about it. I could not put in CD's in, it felt like something was jammed in there. Thank goodness for the very expensive warranty that we purchased!!! That is the only positive thing about my computer needing to be fixed! I won't feel like I bought it for nothing!
Life is getting back to normal for us! Eva sleeps through the night now, and I feel like I have a schedule/system down!!! It starts around 8:30 in the morning and ends about 8:30 at night. I do get a 2 hour break when the girls are taking their naps, and then I go to the gym for a little over an hour when Romar gets home!
Kayla is now into kissing. It's so cute! Out of the blue she'll walk up to me and pucker her lips and want a kiss! It's very sweet! She loves to sing and dance too. She is singing more on key now!!! She loves to sing Hairspray songs, and Itsy Bitsy Spider!!! She'll do the actions to it too!
Eva is smiling all of the time now! She is a very happy baby! She does a lot with Romar. While he is doing his school work, she'll sit and talk to him! They are good study buddies. I took Eva to her 2 month check-up, and her stats were... weight - 48%, length - 59%, and head - 38%. The doctor said that she looks perfect! She and Kayla are such opposites. Kayla has always been very petite. Her weight has always been below the 10th percentile. But she is healthy and growing strong. Kayla loves to climb on anything and everything. She is so smart too. She figures out how to get things. It's amazing and scary for me at the same time to see the things that she tries to do.
Update on Johnny... he has had two baptisms in the last two weeks. They had one last week for a Japanese member (I think), and I think that yesterday Johnny performed his first baptism. This is going to be a big shock to many of you, but Johnny asked us to pray for him because he would have to say the baptismal prayer in Portuguese. I'm sure that baptism went well, and that Johnny did a good job.
Johnny called one of my mom's best friends (who lives in his mission), and she said that his Japanese is very good. She was surprised to hear it. It's kind of weird that some of my good friends in Japan are in contact with Johnny. He is doing such a good job, and he is loving every minute of his mission. We are so blessed that he loves missionary work.
One funny story, I guess that Johnny and the other three missionaries that he lives with all have had many bike crashes lately. They want to write a book about what you are thinking right before you crash on your bike. One time Johnny was thinking "I hope that orange pole isn't too hard." Johnny is cute! He always includes some of the fun things that he is doing in his letters.
Hopefully I get my computer back soon!!! I know that pictures are more fun than me writing about our recent updates!!
